These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 3rrrr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming services available at 3rrrr.cam ("the Website").

To register and maintain an Account on 3rrrr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You accept full and sole responsibility for verifying this prior to registration.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a professional or commercial gambling operator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and maintain this accuracy throughout your use of the platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 3rrrr platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension, Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the duplicate Account(s).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account is deemed to have been conducted by you and is your responsibility.

3rrrr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, false or incomplete, or where the user fails to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe as communicated by the platform.

Account balances on 3rrrr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits fund your Account balance and must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in your Account cashier and are subject to change.
• 3rrrr does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. Any funds identified as third-party in origin may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly, though processing times vary by payment method and provider.
• 3rrrr is not responsible for delays, failed transfers or fees charged by your payment provider.
• Cryptocurrency deposits, where available, are subject to blockchain network confirmation times and the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Only Real Money Funds that are not subject to active wagering requirements are withdrawable.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 3rrrr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds evidence, enhanced due-diligence documentation and updated identity verification.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in your Account cashier.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers may require additional business days. We do not guarantee specific processing windows.
• In cases where a deposit was made using a specific payment method, 3rrrr may require the corresponding withdrawal to be directed to the same method for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms.

3rrrr may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible Account holders. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms when accepted.

All bets and wagers placed on 3rrrr are governed by these Terms and by any game-specific or sports-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict, these Terms prevail unless a game-specific rule explicitly supersedes a specific provision.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• 3rrrr reserves the right to void or suspend bets in the event of system errors, manifest pricing errors, suspected match-fixing, data feed failures or any circumstances that render the settlement of a market unreliable.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice as a result of live event developments, technical issues or risk-management decisions.
• The outcome of sporting events, live dealer games and random-number-generator (RNG) slot titles is determined by independent sources or certified random processes. 3rrrr does not influence game outcomes.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) figures displayed in the game lobby represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes or winnings.
• Winnings are credited to your Account balance upon official settlement of the relevant market or game round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3rrrr platform. Breach of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.

• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage abuse or any form of advantage play that exploits system errors or pricing anomalies.
• Laundering funds through the platform or using the platform for any purpose connected to illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 3rrrr staff, support agents or other users.
• Attempting to access or tamper with the platform's technical infrastructure, data or security systems.
• Creating or using an Account while subject to a self-exclusion agreement.
• Exploiting a vulnerability, technical error or pricing mistake on the platform to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been possible.

All content on the 3rrrr platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, user-interface designs, game assets and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 3rrrr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

You must not reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any element of the 3rrrr platform without prior written consent from 3rrrr.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3rrrr's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

3rrrr shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive or exemplary losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, lost betting opportunities or any other economic loss.

3rrrr does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by 3rrrr is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

3rrrr processes personal data for account operation, KYC compliance, anti-money-laundering obligations, fraud prevention, customer support and platform improvement. Data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

Users have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data held by 3rrrr, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations.

3rrrr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or by a notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

The version of the Terms that was in force at the time of any disputed event shall govern that dispute, except where superseded by mandatory applicable law.

3rrrr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft or any other criminal activity.
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• The Account holder is found to be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• The Account holder has failed to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe communicated.
• The operator determines, at its discretion, that continued provision of services to the Account holder is not appropriate under applicable regulations or risk-management policies.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, net of any applicable fees, subject to the completion of KYC and confirmation that no outstanding obligations exist. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements shall be forfeited.

You may request closure of your own Account at any time by contacting the 3rrrr support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3rrrr holds its operating licence, as determined by the operator from time to time.
